Part 1: Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Best Bushel Ltd. ("Best Bushel," "we," "us," or "our") is a grain market advisory business based in Alberta, Canada, providing commodity market commentary and analysis to prairie farm clients through

agricultural newsletter updates, delivered by email and SMS text message.

2. Information we collect

When you subscribe to Best Bushel's services (by paper consent form, our website, or another sign-up method

we operate), we may collect: your name; farm or operation name; email address; mobile phone number;

mailing address (if provided); commodity interests; and your selected service tier of service.

3. How we use your information

We use the information you provide to deliver timely agricultural updates, send commodity price alerts and

market updates, respond to your inquiries, manage your subscription and communication preferences, and

maintain accurate client records for our advisory services.

4. SMS / text messaging data

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent (i.e., your mobile number and your consent to receive SMS

from Best Bushel) will never be shared with, or sold to, any third party or affiliate for their own marketing or

promotional purposes. This category of information is excluded from any general data-sharing described

elsewhere in this policy, without exception.

We may share information with service providers who support our operations — solely so they can send messages on our behalf. These providers are not

permitted to use your information for their own purposes.

5. How we protect your information

We take reasonable administrative and technical steps to safeguard the personal information you share with

us, and we limit access to client data to those who need it to operate Best Bushel's services.

6. Data retention

We retain your information for as long as you remain a subscriber or client, and for a reasonable period

afterward as needed to meet legal, accounting, or record-keeping obligations, after which it is securely deleted

or anonymized.

7. Your rights and choices

You may unsubscribe from Best Bushel emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, and from

SMS messages at any time by replying STOP (see Part 2). You may also request access to, or correction of, the

personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the details in Section 11.

8. CASL and PIPEDA compliance

Best Bushel collects separate, express consent for each communication channel (email consent and SMS

consent are captured independently, per Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation). We handle personal information in

accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and

applicable provincial privacy legislation.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a

revised effective date.

Part 2: SMS / Text Messaging Terms and Conditions

1. Program description

Best Bushel Ltd. offers an SMS text messaging program to send grain market updates, commodity price

alerts, and account or service notifications to farm clients who have opted in.

2. Opt-in and consent

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our paper consent form (or

another Best Bushel opt-in method), you agree to receive recurring SMS text messages from Best Bushel at

the number provided. Consent to receive SMS messages is collected separately from, and is not a condition of,

consent to receive email communications. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any Best Bushel service.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to one message per day depending on your subscription tier

and market activity.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply, as charged by your mobile carrier. Best Bushel does not charge a fee for

SMS messages sent under this program.

5. Sample message

"Best Bushel: Canola $[price], [change] today. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help. Msg&data rates

may apply."

6. How to opt out

You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you

send STOP, we will send you a one-time confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed, and you will

receive no further SMS messages from Best Bushel unless you opt back in.

8. Supported carriers

This program is supported by most major Canadian and U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for

delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Privacy

Our collection and use of your information in connection with this SMS program is governed by our Privacy

Policy in Part 1 above.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued participation in the SMS program

after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Part 3: General Advisory Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The information, commentary, price alerts, recommendations, our website, and by Best Bushel advisors are

for general informational purposes only and are intended to help farm clients make their own informed

marketing decisions. Best Bushel makes no guarantees or representations regarding the accuracy,

completeness, or timeliness of any content, market commentary, price forecast, or recommendation provided.

Best Bushel does not guarantee crop prices, market movements, or the financial outcome of any marketing

decision. Grain, oilseed, and pulse markets are inherently volatile and influenced by factors outside our

control, including weather, global trade policy, currency movements, and geopolitical events. All decisions to

buy, sell, hold, or otherwise act on grain, oilseed, or pulse positions based on Best Bushel's content are made at

the sole discretion and risk of the client. It is the client's responsibility to evaluate, accept, reject, or otherwise

apply any information, analysis, or recommendation provided by Best Bushel in light of their own operation,

risk tolerance, and financial circumstances, and we encourage clients to consult additional professional

advisors as needed.

Our market commentary and reports incorporate data and information obtained from third-party sources,

including government agencies (such as USDA, Statistics Canada, CONAB, and ABARES), news outlets, and

market data providers. While we make reasonable efforts to use accurate and reliable sources, we cannot

guarantee that this third-party information is free of errors or omissions, and Best Bushel accepts no liability

for inaccuracies originating from these outside sources.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Best Bushel Ltd. and its advisors shall not be held liable for any special,

direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including but not limited to lost profits, yield losses,

or other economic outcomes — arising from the use of, or reliance on, information provided through our

website, newsletters, text messages, or advisors. We reserve the right to update, correct, or remove content at

any time without prior notice.
